This is not perfect but it's my spin on Combrei Empower and it's really a blast when it comes together.
Hojan, Crownbreaker is a must for this deck. He gets you extra health early on, trades for a decent unit and gets nuts with
Marshal Ironthorn if he survives to the late game.
Vapor Hut is a very niche card but fits incredebly well in this deck. First thing it can do for you is get you that 6th power because sometimes you're just stuck on 5 with a
Mystic Ascendant in hand. The second thing is simply to keep you going in the endgame. Once all your units are down, this will keep empowering them and it will remove powers from the top of your deck so you only draw usefull stuff.
Marshal Ironthorn,
Mystic Ascendant and
Telut, Queen's Hand are the big combo you're aiming for. Any duo of these will do wonders. Remember that your opponent will try to kill these guys asap so try to get value from them the turn you play them. Have a unit to attack with Telut or a power to drop after the other two.
Temple Scribe and
Amber Acolyte are your usual cards to cycle the deck faster and protect against aggro.
Defiance,
Desert Marshal,
Protect and
Rebuke are a very good mix of tools to stay alive and keep your goodstuff alive.
Infinite Hourglass isn't the best card but it's very good to knockoff a couple of
Permafrost. Worst case, it can also be sent to your market.
With
Winchest Merchant, my most common pickup is
Copperhall Elite if I need board presence on turn 4. If the opponent isn't too agressive, I'll go straight for
Martyr's Chains. I sometimes get
Combrei Banner for fixing or
Stormhalt Knife for the sweet comeback value. I've yet to use
Vanquisher's Blade so I might replace it for something else.
