This looks like a Shadow heavy Tasbu-less deck.
Curtain Call requires 4 Time to make your units invulnerable, which works well with heavy Tenan (Time Heavy Xenan).

Often paired with Alhed Ascending & Twinned Spiteling to reward heavy time investment.
