This is the straight Hooru Control version of trying to abuse Aid of the Hooru with Davia, Azurebreaker. In this version we sacrifice some card draw in exchange for consistency, more ways to use dead turns on stuff like Justice Sketch and Hooru Blueprints, and room for Stormhalt Plating (arguably one of the best cards in Expedition).

This version is untuned however I believe it has some promise.
