Can someone explain why Elding of the Final Hour is so popular in Reanimator decks?

Is it because when it dies, its effect triggers another proc from Vara?

You can have 1-2 turn two 4/4 with either killer (removal), lifesteal, deadly or flying. A lot of my wins were from early pressure from discarding Elding. Also big bodies to counter agro. Grenahen nerf hurts the most here, Azindel nerf just draws out game more allowing for opponents to recover.

This has been super fun for me! I didn't have harbinger but had the campaign with Uxu so I swapped for two of those, and they have also been good.

**edit** just be aware there are a lot of t2 grand suppressors out there and I think that's an auto-concede xD

What are you saying the win condition should be? I cannot hear it clearly, the auto cc says "badass into harbinger" which is also what I think I hear but that's not logical.

The wincon is Vara into Azindel who makes 2 helici which gets you two more rebuys; you get to follow up with BSH immediately sometimes, which immediately draws you a card from the opponents' deck, but even without that most decks without boardwipes cannot fight through Vara + Azindel + 2 more shadow units.

Ah ok yeah that's what I've been doing makes sense. The board flood from helici being shadow is insane.
