I played this from gold all the way to masters. It was designed to counter Grodov's Stranger which was everywhere, but it's good against all greedy decks thanks to Royal Decree. Also, token decks have no chance against 8 board clears. The dream is to insta-win against aggro with turn 4 deadly Tamarys but most games are grinded out by insane card advantage. If you start running into Icaria a lot, add 2x Xenan Initiation.

i just tried a couple of throne games in gold rank. it is really fun to play. at first i thought touch of battle and black-sky harbinger are maybe just a too cute synergy, but no, hell, it is a very good, if you are able to kill 3-5 enemy units with one card in your turn and attack for lethal in two turns, it is just great.

how do you think is the matchup vs the current popularity of keelo decks?
