Uhm...not sure how you usually approach deckbuilding, but one typically comes up with a few synergistic ideas and tries to link them together. One way to run Dragons, for example, is by making two observations,

- many of the Dragon cards reward you for playing different Dragons
- many of the Dragon cards have FPS (Fire/Primal/Shadow; red, blue, purple) Influence

, and noting one major limitation,

- how many Dragons do I currently own, and am I willing to grind (or pay money) to acquire the other cards needed for my strategy?

Hence, you should see if it's viable to only run 1 copy of each Dragon you want. Furthermore, you should try to find the right mix of Power cards (i.e. play those Cylixes) so you can reliably play your stuff.

Perhaps you could make a deck centered around Common Cause and some of these cards, with a varied- but minimalist- suite of Dragon Units.
