This started as an attempt to make a viable deck with
Enemy of My Enemy. The deck was great, except for
Enemy of My Enemy. And Kaleb was pretty underwhelming too.
Eilyn, Clan Mother on the other hand, is amazing. I have been trying to find a good home for her since she was released, but she never fit anywhere until now. Defiance brought a perfect shell with Ixtun. Eilyn is one of the best late game threats available, as her stats beat most other late game threats, especially after she ultimates. She just does so much with her summon, relevant battle skills and psuedo board wipe.
The deck has a lot of removal and card advantage, and survives until dropping Rizahns, Eilyns and Xos (although he is usually just market fodder). This deck could easily run
Harsh Rule, but it isn't very good in the current meta. The
Adjudicator's Gavel could also be
Avigraft or
Urn of Choking Embers depending on what you want to tech against.
This deck has answers to pretty much everything and the tools to find them though digging and marketing. Ixtun is a very solid option for control right now.
For optimal results, be sure to be listening to Pink Floyd while piloting this deck.
