Information

The idea behind this deck is to market for a relic (either Adjudicator's Gavel or Cauldron Cookbook), sac it to Sahin to fetch a finisher, then win from there. The rest of the deck is a Winchest Control/Midrange shell.
Individual Card notes:
Brel, Solist Apostate: Provides relics to sac to Sahin if needed.
Sahin: I prefer to drop Sahin when I can immediately use him (on 7 power with a relic out) so that there isn't an opportunity to silence/remove him.
Smuggler's Stash: Even though there is only one maindeck weapon, this can also pick up used Brel weapons, which is pretty sweet.
