The powerbase is awful, this is an influence heavy deck. 10 basics is just asking to get influence screwed. It's a hooru splash red deck, so the powerbase should be a bit more skewed that way.
The market is also pretty poorly made. just put a banner in it. This is a deck that wants to cast 7 drops but has 28 power, which is already absurdly greedy. Rise is also a pretty bad market card. You spend 3 to be able to spend 4 to ... finally play a card that impacts the board. At minimum, you're spending 11 power to do more than just play a 2/2 with flying. I also don't think Citywide Ban ... uh. does anything. I went with Vanq / Rule / Banner / Austerity / Rizahn (Rizahn is a bit of an odd one out, given the rest of the deck only needs F, but I wanted a threat and some lifegain, so he fit the bill. It's the card I'm least confident about)
Finally, Perma is a bit of a nonbo with Eilyn, though i don't think that's really avoidable. And 15 units + 5 sweepers is also a bit of a nonbo, but, again, i think that might not be avoidable.
The deck's been fun to give a whirl, tho. I got a M&N lethal off Enemy of my enemy last night.
