How does this deck do against AP mid and the slew of Aggro decks (Rakano, Gunslingers, Skycraggro, etc.) that are roaming about the ranked ladder?
Seems like you push for a turn 5 Harsh Rule and if you don't get it, you just lose? I see Slay and Torch, but aren't those more of a "speed-bump" for the aforementioned?
Also, how do you win vs Feln? It seems to me that this deck would just get steamrolled by a good Feln Control build. They just pig Makto and double-up on Icaria, as they have the card advantage with their draw spells.
I must say though, this deck does make Annihilate one hell of a frustrating draw. ;)
Against aggro, you have to hope for early slays or torches into a makto or Harbringer (Can be achieved easily because of all the scout + rise to the challenge) or as you mentioned drawing a harsh rule but yes it is the hardest matchup if they draw well. Im thinking of going back to 3x seek and 2x find the way to help.
You can cheat a few wins from Crown of Possibilites giving Makto echo, aegis or lifesteal. (Or any of the units Destiny).
Alternatively giving Black-Sky Harbinger Deadly is another harsh rule
Against Feln control, Keep drawing new Makto's from your deck with rise (Not ones already with destiny). It is very very rare they run or draw 4x Feeding Time. And as you mentioned again annihilate is useless for them unless you get a single faction unit from Nicto. They don't run Withering witch as much I've found, instead choosing Stray into shadow, which doesnt kill Makto. (Icaria making makto a 10/10 or 15/15 beats this lol)
As for AP mid this deck works really well, again annihilate is a dead card, the board can be cleared with harsh rules or slay. This deck wins the makto race because of Quarry and Crown of possibilites. Just hope they don't draw 4x Valkyrie Enforcer, and a Rise to the Challenged Makto kills Tavgod

This should be fun.
Edit: Also if you want to win more, swap out Knucklebones for another Icaria
