The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
More than likely, Lightning Storm will be placed. I've been contemplating the changes to my control decks for a bit now with Hailstorm coming out. Removing Lightning Storm does two things though - I have to wait an additional turn to wipe the board (but it's 3dmg instead of 2 so I'm likely to get everything in aggro), but it also taxes the influence requirements, so some of the power base may change to ensure that I'm hitting 2P fairly regularly on turn 2. Hailstorm is 3PP. Devastating Setback is still versatile, so I'm less likely to touch it. If I could come up with way to keep 2 Lightning Storm and 4 Hailstorm, I would do it - 2 mana aoe board dmg is great for aegis and some clear or dmg and leaves flexibility in later turns to change damage together.
Unfortunately, removing 4 lightning storm is the easiest way to get Hailstorm in without too much trouble.
