A deck that allows for some "aggressive durdling" (you get to durdle while putting pressure on the opponent!). Note that I've made this deck for Gauntlet and haven't tested it in Ranked.
If I'm not under early pressure, I use
Display of Knowledge to get
Crown of Possibilities, otherwise as removal (and rarely as a combat trick). Usually, I get
Alhed, Mount Breaker with
Great Valley Smuggler, although
The Praxis Arcanum can be a good early option as well.
Twinning Ritual and
Dark Return on Smuggler allow for repeated access to the market or let you just copy/recur your best threats.
Alhed's ability offers some interesting options sometimes. For example, you might want to put your
Sandstorm Titan back on top of your deck, to enable a lethal flying attack.
Moonstone Vanguard is a powerhouse and with one or two of the right battle skills, it quickly gets insane. It's happened that I've Ambushed it in to kill an attacker, got 5 health, then Berserk attacked and drawn two cards.
Obviously, you can make this deck more consistent (and stronger) by cutting most of the randomness cards and playing more four-offs. On the other hand, if you want to be more likely to actually play your
Nictotraxian and
Knucklebones, it may be better to put
Memento Mori in the market.
