Have you considered Kindling Carver? Seems like you might need more than 8 sources of sacrifice.

I am not too big on the card personally but if he performs for you, go for it. Coronation Ritual is another sac outlet, though not a great one. I feel like I don't want to just be sacrificing my things so the idea of less sac outlets is to try to make sure I am sacrificing my opponents creatures.

Madness + Devour/Combust used to see quite a bit of play in some old-school Scream and Scrappy Hour decks. It was always such a fun combo to pull off and those archetypes usually had plenty of units that you didn't mind sac-ing if you couldn't find a Madness. Neither decks have seen much play in a while, so I don't really have any suggestions; just reminiscing a bit.

I have been doing an experiment where I take deck suggestions and build around them from reddit. Madness is still obnoxious to play against and I feel like people aren't as ready for it these days, so with enough pressure we could probably bring them back.
