This seems to be doing pretty well at the middle-of-the-pack master level.

It is definitely a rough draft but basically it just takes revenge and mixes it with the value you can get out of Haunting Scream and throws in Tranquil Scholar for good measure. It doesn't do all the broken things that some of the popular decks do right now but it can just out-value opponents that don't draw and play perfectly.
