Leveraging Lost Scroll, Xo, Vision of Ambition and Red Canyon Smuggler to have a strong early/mid/ and late game. Can ramp to 4, and grab Regent's Tomb out of market swapping Xo. Has answers to Howling Peak lists including Highwayman, Soul Fire Drake, and Icaria. Auric Runehamer in market answers Jotun Feastcaller. Has different types of removal including Slay, Vanquisher's Blade, and 4 sweepers in mainboard, and 1 sweeper in sideboard. Doesn't run the Seek Power or Cargo, because in this list you need more density of threats.. where using a seek power is worse than having a threat because you are down a card. Even though it's 3 color, the mana is solid. Triple Fire is the most difficult, but it is all late game. Lost Scroll also fixes Double Justice or Double Shadow. Why no crests?

This list specifically had no crests because it causes problems with curving out. There is no reason to run cards like Lost Scroll if you are playing them a turn after you're supposed to. Also I think turns 1-4 are probably the most important turns in the game, and crests come into play depleted giving a severe disadvantage against aggro lists. This list is also outdated, as its last update was before the previous ECQ tournament. Sometimes I include crests in lists, but specifically Lost Scroll and Crests create bad synergy, because just playing a crest would be equivalent to having a Lost Scroll then.
