1st picked Archive Curator over nothing. 2nd picked Minotaur Duelist over Mortar. 3rd picked Humbug Swarm over Meditative Stranger. 4th picked Pouncing Drake. Guess Fire is open. 5th picked Library Phoenix.

Fun, easy draft. Received a bunch of excellent Fire and Time finishers. Added extra 2 drops to compensate for weakness at 3 power. Will have to play defensive. I anticipate 4-6 wins.

G1: I curved out to 5. My opponent was stuck on 2.
G2: Great opener with Sand Viper and Journeyman Armorer. Unfortunately my opponent had Talon of Nostrix. I couldn’t avoid the 2 for 1. He had Lightning Strike for my Pouncing Drake. My Cannonbearer stalled the ground while my double Library Phoenixes stopped the air. I found Archive Curator for his Highwind Glider. Unfortunately couldn’t find any gas after that. His Valkyrie Denouncer and Mithril Mace went all the way.
G3: I took a lot of early hits while stumbling with influence and an awkward draw. I eventually stabilized behind Humbug Swarm. My Paladin Oathbook allowed me to be aggressive. Venomfang Dagger and Elder’s Feather on his ultimated Copperhall Herald caused me new fits but Healer’s Cloak and a second Humbug Swarm stabilized me again and presented lethal.
G4: Traded back and forth. He played Morningstar and Journeyman Armorer onto an Avirax Familiar, which was perfect size for my Predatory Carnosaur. That felt great! He never recovered from that.
G5: I had a great start: stranger into warped Journeyman Armorer. Unfortunately, his Scaly Gruan and stranger kept the ground stalled. His Shatterglass Mage shrank my stranger, but my Amaran Archaeologist kept the ground stalled. My hand was crazy loaded with 2 Archive Curators, Dispel, Rebel Illuminator, and Cannonbearer. I proceeded to neutralize all his fliers and hit him repeatedly with Humbug Swarm. His Towering Stranger traded with my Cannonbearer. My second Humbug Swarm quickly ended the game. My hand was still full of gas at the end of the game.
G6: I had a decent hand and draw, but my opponent had a ridiculous lifeforce deck with 2 Bloodcall Invokers and Katra. I neutralized the invokers, but Katra showed up right after and grew his army quickly.
G7: My opponent led off revealing Curoix and playing 2 Awakened Students. I had Archive Curator for 1. He had Archive Curator my Rebel Illuminator. He played Vodakhan’s Staff and began pummeling me. My only hope was to race it with Library Phoenix and my own Archive Curator. I got several hits in before his Dragon’s Eye and Swindle drew him 6 cards and Eilyn’s Choice.

Great deck overall. Didn’t expect to run into 2 decks with even bigger bombs.
