Seems reasonable strong. Some People run Desert Marshals over Annihilate. I'm not quite sure of running 4 Temple scribes in an 3f deck, maybe cut 1 or 2 for cull the deck or the desert marshals. I like running Find the way or banner in the market since you want to hit azindel at some point and even with masks you sometimes really need that Power.
