Here's a version of Cheap Bait - Which I'm now calling Meme Scream, I guess? This is the version I'm having the most fun with right now. I had to cut Crimson Firemaw, because he was always eating removal on play and never got his effect to go off.

The deck wants to keep a Stoneshaker in the opening hand, if possible, because that brings a lot of your power minions down to flashpoints. Gorgon Fanatic can be brought back with Dredger afterwards, and Bait becomes Screamable. Once you hit two of the Stoneshakers, you become able to scream Caiphus, which is *Chef Kiss.*

EDIT: It was getting hard in the current meta to recycle Pyroknight's Ult, so I switched it with Lifespeaker. Lifespeaker also helps Caiphus gain skills, which reduces a bit of the randomness he presents. Also added a couple of Quarry for more reliable draw / added cost reduction.
