TPS Cleaver [Masters]

Basically the successor to the TPS Feast-Caller deck I loved to play pre-set 4. I started off with Jotun Feast-Caller in the deck, but eventually cut it because the SS units were more important, and having SS and PPP requirements was very stressful on the power-base.

The deck still feels rough and in need of improvement. There are a lot of unit-bases you can go off of. I chose to focus on heavier Shadow, because a Cirso's Cleaver deck feels like a Dark Return, and the Shadow units like Ripknife Assassin and Auric Interrogator felt like good complements to the deck. Assassin retains Killer from the Cleaver, making your late-game Dark Returns very effective at dealing with large Aegis threats, and the Warcry interaction with Interrogator and Cleaver is strong as well.

Vara's Choice is very effective in the current meta of Big Time creatures and Rise to the Challenge decks. It can also be a strong card to use after your opponent plays a Merchant, depending on which one and if you have the right read on their Market pick.

Permafrost is pretty bad, and is the first card I would look to cut. Black-Sky Harbinger is a pretty strong tool to stabilize, but perhaps the full set is unnecessary. Blistersting Wasp can be a strong way to ward off the units of the TJP Gift opponent, and is pretty decent with Cleaver overall. Annihilate is pretty strong right now, specifically against the Big Time decks, and using it to counter a Carnosaur turn is very favourable for you.

I think a TT unit-base is probably worth exploring as well, with Teacher of Humility obviously being a great 2-drop, but thats another build in of itself, as that would probably require to move away from Rindra (who is very strong in this deck). Either way, I think Jennev Merchant is probably the best Merchant for this strategy, as Aegis makes it more likely you can untap with her and have a unit to stick Cleaver with.
