You probably want 4x Devastating setback and can probably drop the Dreamsnatcher. Alchemists were surprisingly good reach.

Gavel in market is for Haunted Highway, but I only ran into it once and there's probably something else better.

I feel this is good vs Maul, since you can have a start where you go Annointer into Hojan bond Copperhall.
