My version of LocoPojo's deck Tempest Tantrum. All shadow cards are removed and this is a pure Elysian deck now.

The main idea behind the deck is to play some awesome pledge cards: Moonstone Vanguard, Eilyn, the Rising Storm and Apex Predator. Glasshopper creates more copies of the pledged card, and makes all of them cheaper.

Journey Guide, Nesting Avisaur and The Praxis Arcanum in the market make cards cheaper, and Trail Maker, Auralian Merchant and Eternity Core help ramping.

Lunar Magus is a good 3-drop and helps with life gain. Nightfall from Dusk Raider and Twilight Hunt goes well with it.

Excavate kinda replaces Dark Return. Sudden Schism is very useful while facing removal/ambush.

Any cheap substitutes for Eilyn? Just came back and don't want to craft 4x if its a sort of niche card.

Eilyn is the win condition for this deck, and I am afraid there is no cheap substitute. You can run other Pledge cards instead of her, like Cykalis (not cheap either) or Shadowland Borderscout.
