This deck was built with speed in mind. The metagame at the moment is very quick; lots of people are playing Palace decks and those matchups can often come down to who plays Palace the quickest.
Your early game is built around ramping up your power. Best turn one play is Pledge Time into Initiate of the Sands. Following this both of your turn two drops ramp your power as well. Glasshopper is insanely powerful, it'll generate you value and allow you to easily navigate into the mid-game. Hojan is a little less solid, simple due to being a weaker body on your opponent's turn two. If you need Hojan's Empower ramp (and have a 1cost spell) don't be afraid to hold Hojan to turn 3.
Just 4x Jennev Merchants mean you can't be quite as loose with your market such as in an 8x Merchant deck. You're got two proactive cards and two reactive cards in your market your choice will often come down to the board state and game flow.
Following your ramp you'll begin to drop your mid-game threats. Imperial Loyalist in particular has stood out in the deck. Between the 1cost cards grabbing you Initiates (more power) or hitting her with a Withstand from Palace (often pulling things like Aniyah if theres a Glasshopper on board) she does a lot of work.
You're looking to finish the game off quick by ramping into strong threats and finishing with an early Palace drop!
