You've seen this a thousand times, so here's 1001.

Pretty straightforward. Play units and relics until everyone has a bunch of skills and big stats. Stall aggression with Deadly ambush units and board wipes, just like usual control Chalice decks.

The unit selection may look wierd on paper, but these were added because of maximum synergy with Hero of the People. Aegis, Lifesteal and Deadly are in short supply, but there's plenty of flyers.

This deck could use some tweaking. Comments are welcome.
