Serf Format Rules

Deck must be 75 cards and consist of commons, uncommons, 3 rares, and one legendary. Rares must be single copies only. Campaign cards are not allowed.

Markets are open but can only contain commons and uncommons.

The market may contain one promo card. However, promo sites are not allowed due to producing too much value.
