This deck was thrown together to see what could be done with Dizo's Racket and some of the new armor gain mechanics. It turns out that turning armor gain into card draw means you are going to draw a whole lot of cards. No really. I nearly decked myself and I wasn't even trying.
The central combo of this deck is
Dizo's Racket and
Kesava, Trueheart. Dizo's Racket allows you to draw cards via any of the numerous armor gain mechanics in this deck. Kesava allows you to turn lifesteal into card draw as well. Hence, the deck is designed to drag out the game until you can combo a huge armor-to-card turn and then crush your opponent with overwhelming card advantage, while including a ton of sustain that can turn into more card advantage as needed.
This deck absolutely needs some work, but I'm currently stomping my way through ladder, so I think it's ready for some outside eyeballs.
Notable Cards:
Blackhall Warleader - It doesn't have lifesteal, but with the amount of card draw we can muster, she will have a ton of opportunities to proc her ability.
Oathbreaker - The deck's actual win condition. A board full of lifestealers being buffed by Oathbreaker is effective and only really answerable with
Harsh Rule or an equivalent. If they do have it, just reload and try again.
Silver Shortsword - Why this over
Auric Runehammer? Because this draws you six cards. Be careful not to hurt yourself too badly, you'll also nuke yourself for 12.
Dizo's Office - Office turns armor into cards, and is the keystone of the deck.
Righteous Intent - The first half of
Kesava, Trueheart. Pay 3 for 3 armor sucks. If Office is already running, it's a tolerable card. Kesava herself however is an alternate win con, as its easy to pump her attack to soaring heights as long as you have another lifestealer on the board.
Cards I'm not sure about:
Malediction - We need some answers against decks that go wide. It might be better just to main-deck harsh rule, but I'm not sure.
Seek Answers - We need to hit our mana targets quickly, and this helps us to do that, but we might have enough mana fixing already.
Copperhall Chancellor - Is this better than Avigraft? Worse? It's probably worse! But it can be buffed by
Blackhall Warleader, and also gets bigger if you have onslaught, so that's nice.
