First deck I've ever put here.
Dichro's Ruin has been a pet card of mine for a while now. There's a pretty standard shell for it in Blue and Black (sorry, I use MTG slang) with a lot of room for flexibility.
This monster of a list capitalizes on that flexibility.
Dichro's Ruin with heavy control is no longer the only answer.

This build can absolutely get Scourge out on turn 4, (Same as any deck with Scourge and Service in it..) and all of the extra draw makes Call the Ancients an actually reliable source of board presence and pressure. But the bread and butter is of course Dichro's Ruin and all the extra draw we can get our hands on. (Which is part of why it's so easy to Run Scourge, Call, Service, etc., as it'll actually be hard to NOT draw into what you need.) So why not also capitalize on the bread and butter? With Mask of Torment and Meditative Trance in the picture, not only will we gain a ton of negation to damage, but we'll also be getting a ton of power, as each card that Ruin, Restrain, or Trance ticks off of will give us power. This gives us the option to hard cast Scourge potentially before we should be able to, and Mask lets us lean right back into a heavy board presence by getting off that ultimate. I don't feel like I need to mention how easy that can be with all the single ticks of life gain happening on every turn. (Yours and the opponent's.)

Our Transpose Market should be ready to deal with most problems. Turn to Seed and Rain of Frogs for those problem creatures, Lumen Reclaimer to stop mill decks, (or in cases of long games, to help us not deck ourselves.) Ancient can be a nuke if they're stacked with two or more Ruins, and Arcane Restraint will shut down most spellslinger decks, and is the ultimate answer against other Dichro's Ruin builds out there.

Unfortunately, this deck, like most, is not immune to bad starting hands. Though it has consistently surprised me in how often those bad hands pull through and turn into wins.

I'd love to add pictures of examples, as I've seen with other decks, if anyone could enlighten me on how to add pictures in the description.

If you have any questions on card choice or interaction in this list, feel free to comment and I'll do my best to get back to you with an explanation.
If you have any suggestions for the deck, also, feel free to leave a comment, and we can hash out the details.

And I know the power card choice is a little sloppy right now. Bear with me in that regard.
