What are you looking to open with? I've gone about 2 - 10. I either get too much power and no cards to defend with before I can get Keelo out. Or I get Keelo out and she's instantly removed and I'm left trying to find a way to play cards that I don't have the influence for. I must not be understanding it if people can pull off positive win rates with this deck. I keep trying to pull grodovs burden out of the market and it just doesn't seem useful. I'm dead before I see 3 time influence a market card and a single influence unit worth exalted, much less a unit to actually play the weapon on when it's inevitably removed.
Ok, it sounds like you’re playing this deck wrong. Let me explain a couple things.
Remember that this list is not optimized and that all of the silver bullets can be adjusted to your liking.
First, your primary market grab should be mysterious waystone assuming you don’t need to get harsh rule. Getting waystone down ASAP is a wincon. I kinda threw burden in for the memes, I’m not sure what to put there. Try literally whatever you want.
Your opening hands don’t need Keelo or even units. Keep interaction and plenty of power. Look for petitions and displays, which both fix your factions.
Don’t play Keelo unless you can immediately activate her. You should be looking to play the stall game by killing stuff and playing random units like poaching drake and incarnus. If your units get removed, no big deal. If they don’t, then you can slam Keelo and get to activating.
Your goal should be to get scourge of frost home down ASAP, taking whatever path necessary. All of the units I picked that cost less than 8 can get you to 8 cost units, which can then go to 9 or 10.
Basically, play like you would any grindy midrange deck, playing Keelo only when it feels like time to activate her. You’ll also notice that I have displays that can get units back from the void, as well as wyatts junkyard. These are very helpful in getting back Keelo and things like poaching drake and black-sky harbinger, who have powerful effects for certain situations.

I should also mention that if you can play Keelo and activate in the same turn, do it. Don’t hold Keelo until your opponent has no cards in hand. If you can get her rolling, go for it. If they don’t have removal, then you should be able to win.

I've had more fun playing this than any of the worldpyre decks floating around. It is a Swiss Army Knife of choices and so much fun when it works (so far 5-1 in testing).
