When you don't have time to mess around with pledge, the rat cage, or you are sick of playing Hooru. This deck is extremely efficient, fast, and pretty budget friendly - however Plate is extremely important as both the endurance and overwhelm is super relevant - so I do recommend if you want to play this deck to craft them.
