Edit 10/16: Took out the units because they were just too underwhelming. I think Honor of Claws is just better than Helio, the Skywinder in this deck because it benefits from cost reduction and generally fits in your curve better. I felt like I had to put either Savage Incursion or Prodigious Sorcery in the main, and I went with Incursion because sometimes you need it early for reanimator matchups.

Control the game, then Resurface -> Transpose -> Prodigious Sorcery (costs 4 because of Garden of Omens) closes the game out. If the Transpose is in hand early, you can go for Rain of Frogs, and in matchups you need to grind you can go Wasteland Broker -> Sorcery
