I like keeping Torch as non-card against me. Ramp isn't necessary since you need to cast a bunch of spells before playing your 7-drop anyways.

First of all - I love the list and wanna play it!!
But why run Wasp and permafrost as removal? They have no synergy with moment of creation? Why not use Lightning Strike and polymorph instead?
And how important is Molot and Nakova?

Moment doesn't need to be maxed out - depending on the matchup 6/6 to 9/9 is all you need. Molot & Nakova is great and the best card in the "extra finisher" slot, but you can make substitutions like Mystic Ascendant if you don't have them.
