Pretty much a Xenan midrange deck with Justice splashed in for Slay, Desert Marshal, the Kerendon Cargo/Display, and Regent's Tomb in the market. The idea is that with 2 Sites in the market your merchant becomes very flexible, and using the Ambush one makes it even more flexible. The sites give access to 3 spells each meaning we effectively have access to 6 spells with 2 slots (although some of them are very expensive). And the fast Smuggler makes it much easier to play the sites on favorable turns, since you can always know what board you're going to play it into when you grab it. This combined with the other Ambush units and fast spells makes the deck very flexible and reactive.
Xenan Temple is probably the more commonly grabbed Site because of the killer and extra durability. But Regent's Tomb is really good too, and it's better if you're against a more hand-oriented deck. Both of them have been really nice, and the ability to only draw them at the end of your opponent's turn right before you play them makes it a lot easier to keep them around long enough to get the unit.
The deck doesn't need double Justice so avoid getting a second Justice until you don't need the Cargo anymore, if possible. It might be better to have Seek Power but I haven't run into any issues with Cargo instead.
I don't know if this build is best, but the concept of "Ebon Dune Smuggler with 2 sites in the market" seems really strong, definitely worth messing around with. You can make it cheaper by replacing Azindel, and/or Sandstorm Titan/Vara. Those are all pretty much just there as generic good midrange cards, but IMO they're the best ones for the deck. However they aren't core to the strategy like Ayan, Ebon Dune, and the Sites so they could be replaced if you want to test the concept.
