Information

A mid game Roachy/Crown 🐞/👑 with Whispering Wind at the helm! Keeping the draw and control less than 2P assures a favorable pull with Whispering🌬️Wind.

Needs work in the early package. Killers are there evaluating if nightfall is desirable or not. Crown never seems to hate an opportunity to draw a card, though.

Killer w/ deadly recurring can hold boards.

I'd try out Swear Vengeance in this shell, since the Wind makes it easier to pick up a Roach with destiny. Lumen Reclaimer with revenge is also fun, and amplifies the power of the Wind.

Blistersting Wasps are probably better than Nocturnal Creepers, even if the nightfall is beneficial.

After a bit of testing, I favor Xenan Initiation over the other killer options, both because the +1/+1 is relevant and because 2-drops to dump to Wind are nice.

Great breakdown, thanks! I'm on mobile, so if anyone is following this conversation you'll have to see the card links from psly4mne 's comments.

I'm currently testing Steward of the Past over Lumen Reclaimer. Reclaimer seemed to be better if we were already winning, Steward is a semi reliably Tudored with control synergy and void hate (though honestly the current meta is playing with their void less and less).

I'll test a couple swear vengeance. Destiny is definitely great for card advantage, though it would lose a bit of steam without the Reclaimer target.

I'm swapping in the wasps for a solid test. I'll bet the extra turns it stays in the board makes it worth giving up nightfall. Especially since nightfall does help our opponents as well.

I honestly found Xenan Initiation too slow. The deck has potential to stall on 3 Mana. 2 for a deadly unit and 1 for killer will save lives. Even if you have the Mana it is one turn sooner to controlling a threat and still have enough to drop a crown or Roach for tempo. The buff from Initiation was less important as we plan to target deadly creatures and run them into fatties.

I have been considering Scream. Grabs a poisonous killer, adds sick stats to recurring roaches, etc.
