I've not played this much yet, but I love it. So far everytime I've used the mini Icaria's ability, I've had elder Icaria in hand! Turns out a 6-6 Flying Charge Warcry 5 Aegis unit scares the bejesus out of opponents. I've not lost with this so far.

EDIT: Of course I've lost with this now! It couldn't last forever. Anyway having more Relic Weapons would lead to less non-games with nothing but weapons in hand that cant be played.
