Still very powerful and Tier 1 with a focused and proactive strategy that is still flexible in each matchup. Currently I am not playing Icy Scrying, Bubble Shield is now a 4x due to the increase in removal

Can't speak for Slepher, but I imagine this is a meta choice.
Lots of bad 150 card piles going around and they don't have much removal, so maybe bubble shield was just sitting in the hand waiting to react.
