This is my current take on CrankyPanda's Temporal Control. We discussed a couple of chances and he came around on most. I discuss the subtle differences and things to keep an eye on in my comprehensive deck tech which you can find here:

The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
Manus, let me start by saying I really like you and I think you are a great player.
That being said, I really really wish you had never posted this deck in a very publicly accessible place. This is by far the most degenerate deck in the game. Playing against it, I feel like my decisions are utterly irrelevant. (Side note: I know basically how to maximize my chances of beating it; that's not the point. Play very limited threats, hold things back, etc.) Why would my decisions be irrelevant? Because whether the deck wins or loses depends entirely on one thing, and only one thing: whether the deck draws what it needs in any specific matchup. The only way the deck loses is by drawing badly. Otherwise, it just keeps taking a crap on everything I try to do against it, and then rubbing my face in it. Very few other decks in the entire game make the opponent feel so utterly powerless to affect the outcome of the game. It's a deck that tries as hard as possible to ruin the day of its opponent. I don't even feel good winning against it. (Slight edits to remove insulting comments.)
First of all this is a classical control deck, just because you don’t like it doesn’t make it metabreakingly overpowered. Also, there are some decks in the meta (e.g Scream decks) that completely destroys this deck. And lastly balancing isn’t supposed to be done by nerfs, while this deck is a bit too strong right now nerfing it to the ground will be even more unfair to the players who invested their resources to the deck. What DWD should do is to instead buff other colours/decks to balance the power level of the meta which they kinda did with this latest campaign in which shadow got a couple of great cards to bring back the colour to a certain power level. Being salty/crybaby and insulting content creators and players will not get you anywhere.
This has got to be my least favorite deck to play against. And sure, it's good, but that's not why I hate it. Even when I'm winning against it, I hate it. The entire deck is just designed to make sure the opponent is not allowed to have any fun.
I mean I'm not crying a river over here but..... A slight nerf to temporal distortion would make a huge difference. Maybe replenish up to half of your maximum power during the enemy turn? Some of the games I've won playing this deck I had no business winning. One game buddy put disciplinary weights on me turn 3 and 4 and I still crawled out of that hole and won the game. Didn't feel good to win.
Playing against this with praxis meta I had the temporal player down to 5 cards left in his deck before the last channel tempest to the face finished me..... Etc, etc...
yo guys I want to say thank you for sharing this piece of crap, another card game that develops around units ruined by a cheap pile of removals and burn
