This Deck has vastly overperformed for me and is the only deck where I went 10 runs without a loss. It ticks all the important Gauntlet characteristics and can survive in 2 Power. It's also faster than most other Gauntlet decks.

This is a very solid deck for masters gauntlet grinding and I've already gotten six 7-0 runs (with some losses in between), though I'm not sure about the market. Feels like I never fetch Bore or Sabotage. Maybe I'm just not recognising the right moments for Sabo?
I'm not too sure what to put instead either, at the moment I've subbed in Makkar's Quiver for Sabotage which does help a bit but it's definitely Edict>Vara>Desecrate>(other) in order of usefulness so far. Most of the rare losses have been to big midrange, but stonescar aggro mirrors have had a lot of very close shaves. The toughest boss I've run into twice is the '5 influence in each faction' boss, which just plays a lot of big champions that don't die to torch or annihilate.
So basically a gauntlet modified version of LuciaDysis Stonescar aggro deck? I'd love to see some of your thoughts on the replaced cards. How have you faired against Company of Exiles? I find my aggro decks with low cost removal can't keep up with that boss sometimes.
Yes it's pretty much a modified LuciaDysis Stonescar aggro deck. I played against Company of Exiles in 2 of the 10 runs and won both times quite easily. If you have a healthy mix between creatures and spells the boss is very beatable. That being said - the Boss can always have a nut draw that's hard to beat. Especially when they can curve Crystallize into Icequake.
If you ask me Spiteful Strike is one of the best cards for Gauntlet and is a must have for pretty much every Shadow deck (as well as a 4x Suffocate). I put Vara into the Market as the market needs a creature and Vara is your best survival tool.
