This isn't a particularly powerful deck, but it's rather fun. The goal is to chain Sodis and Empaths with Call for Aid and the Spellshaper. I try to hold Sodis in hand for moments when I can get her muster ability. Keep in mind that Call for Aid can be used on the opponent's turn, so you can muster twice in a single cycle (useful if you also have a wisdom or display in hand).

The Xenan Temple is pretty useful to get a spell played at the beginning of the turn. Then permafrost or a relic will trigger muster abilities.
