The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
People with OCD typically feel a compulsion to perform certain rituals/actions or else they feel a very real sense of impending doom and that something terrible will happen if they fail to perform said rituals/actions.
Not having 4-ofs bugs me too, but we owe it to people with OCD to be a little bit more understanding of their condition.
The dictionary definition of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, which you can Google is:
Having a tendency towards excessive orderliness, perfectionism, and great attention to detail.
I believe that what I stated falls perfectly into that category.
Furthermore, OCD has been categorized into 4 types by professionals, and those are:
1. Contamination and Washing.
2. Doubts About Accidental Harm and Checking.
3. Symmetry, Arranging, Counting, and Just Right OCD.
4. Unacceptable Taboo Thoughts and Mental Rituals.
The symptoms you describe are one of the categories you listed yes. Ironically however, it was your naive pop-culture understanding of OCD that was at fault here, not mine. I've been diagnosed with it, so don't lecture me on what it is genius.
And before this gets too out of control, I meant what I said in the first post as a joke. Obviously I'm not telling the author to change the deck just to appease people with OCD, that would be stupid; almost as stupid as your comment.
