Creation Goodstuff (7-0, draft)

High card quality + good fixing + lots of removal = easy 7-0.

P1P1 Creation Chant into P1P2 Trail Maker and P1P3 Ijin's Choice pushed me pretty strongly in the direction of creation factions. Fortunately, those colors ended up being incredibly open - I had to cut down from 48 cards or so. I would have liked to pick up a little more fixing, but the sheer number of good cards being passed meant it was hard to cut down on my greed.

Cards that got cut include Tattoo Dragon, a second Oni Battledriver, and a third Disappear. It was... pretty tough to squeeze everything in. Fortunately, playing only 16 power didn't end up being an issue due to all my incidental ramp / smoothing.

Overall, the run went pretty smoothly - play a few early drops, gum up the ground, then ramp into some nonsense and tear my opponent's board apart with removal.

MVP: Hard to pick. I'm going to tentatively say Hunting Allosaur due to being a solid finisher / 2-for-1 - a respectable body, plus a piece of removal. Blurhaze Wurm also was pretty good though - I had more than enough fast effects to turn it online consistently.

Highlight: eating every Platinum Qirin I saw with Humbug Nest. Is there a more classic predator-prey relationship?
