It's been in and out, depending on meta (things sorting out post-balance changes.) It's back in for now because the meta I'm seeing is slower and there are control decks focused on drawing cards. I'd use it when you're seeing decks that want to draw cards (control, anything with Grodov's Stranger, etc.) and not when you're seeing aggro and want early blockers or removal on T1. When you're seeing aggro, I'd pull LtF for Salvo + a market with other early removal, and maybe put Winter's Grasp / Xenan Initiation in that market and Torch / Trail Maker / Interloper / Nocturnal Creeper main.
