just want to say i've been playing this deck pretty often over the past week and i'm absolutely in love with it, easily the most satisfying deck i've played in months.

considering taking it into the ETS weekly (fully giving credit), any thoughts on sideboard tech?

Vara's Choice, Devastating Setback, Sabotage, In Cold Blood, Azindel's Gift and such i guess?

Hi, I am glad you are enjoying it. A lot of what you said are musts for the sideboard. I think Sabotage has to be a 4 of and Dev. Setback sits out seeing as what you really need to get is their Rain of Frogs and hitting the double black in time could be problematic. Dysjunction should likely be a 4 of as not only does it stop Weapons/Gift but can also get back Mask if they hate on it. It seems like Banish should be considered. ICB is a must.

Maybe something like:
Sabotage x4
Dysjunction x3
Lifedrinker x2 (Way better than you would think in this deck.)
In Cold Blood x4
Azindel's Gift x2

Minotaur Ambassador is an interesting choice, could you elaborate on its utility over a more traditional 6 drop/mana sink creature that these decks tend to have like Mystic Ascendant, Devoted Theurge, Knight-Chancellor Siraf, Ayan, the Abductor, etc.

It is all about that ramp and emptying out the deck of sigils. Also, he has a big butt. It is so crucial to get to 8. Without a Mask or the Minotaur, it is unrealistic. He is required imo. Ascendant would be good if there was room.
