I didn't have all of the Statuary Maidens or all of the Vara, Fate-Touched cards. I also dropped the Granite Ring.

With the extra cards to fill in I chose Xenan Initiation, Purify, and Trigger-Happy.

Vara's Favor is definitely worth looking into.
You maybe don't need as much Power if you aren't relying on Vara.

Did you try Granite Ring? The Deadly/Overwhelm interaction is crazy! I'd always play 1.
I wouldn't cut Seek Power, Scorpion Wasp, or Lumen Defender.
I'd probably run Ashara, the Deadshot in the place of the Maiden and 3 Vara.
If you are adding removal, Torch and Extract worked best for me.
The "All-in" thing was a bit of a gimmick, Viper and Burglar were the weakest units for me.
