Day 1 of set 10 build.
I wanted to build a deck around a couple cards that looked interesting to me from set 10, namely Cast Iron Forge and Replication Cell. The goal here is to pull replication cell from the market and hit a Caiphus with it, creating a six or seven skill Caiphus every turn. It's just as fun as it sounds. I hit the Queen of Glass once with it, but my opponent played burglarize to steal it away. No fun. Barring any of that, Cast Iron Forge has felt pretty dang good to get free 5/5s off of.
Obviously this deck is very unoptimized, so I am looking for suggestions to make it more consistent. Big units are a problem for this deck to deal with, and lol Veteran Mercenary. I have never pulled Spirit of Resistance from the market, and do not ever foresee a game where I might need it. Torrential Downpour is just a pet favorite card of mine, I'm sure there's something better. I recently upped the number of Lightning Storms in the main list to 4 from 2, so this is probably unnecessary. I was seeing a decent number of grenadin decks on day 1.
Any suggestions would be great! The deck is one of those that does not work very often so far, but is super fun when it does.
