This list actually took me from D3 to D2 with a good ratio (around 70%). Why aren't you using vanquish?. What do think about this xenan base and why some cards didn't make the cut on your list?

I had Umbren Reapers in the 2 faction version, but cut them for influence concerns in the 3 faction one.Dawnwalker is a no-go with only Titan and AMber Monument to revive it.

Why No Harsh Rule or Stray Into Shadow?

The Justice is only a splash, so it can't consistently have JJ on turn 5 without re-tooling the entire power base (and therefore the other cards, too). I was playing Stray for a long time, but it just didn't pull its weight and I consistently wished it were something else.
