Not sure if you can find a spot for Rallying Banner in there, but as a 2 mana sink it's obscenely powerful on Kira if you can build any form of board.

I wonder if Spiteful Strike is a better choice than Infused Strike? The quickdraw is a big deal, and I think I like 1-cost tricks better than 2-cost. This list looks pretty good though. I'd also like to see some hate cards in the market, but not sure what exactly needs to be there.
