This is the list I'm running at the start of Shadows of the Spire. It is almost identical to a list posted by LocoPojo, but with some space made for Annihilate.

So far, it's been very consistently drawing the Spire Shadows. Marisen the Eldest is disgustingly good at 4 cost. 5-2 record after some initial games (and 1 of those losses was before I put in the Annihilates).
