This is my variation for the really strong Icaria Blue deck i used to reach Masters today. I think if you are a new player like me (2 weeks in only) and want to try the Icaria deck try this version because it packs only 1 Icaria, the Liberator and doesn't include any Starsteel Daisho.
I only chose to run 2 Vanquish because i felt like 4 were way too much for me judging by my match history (4 is recommended and a better option most of the time) and i also chose to run 4 copies each of Valkyrie Enforcer and Whirling Duo which proved to be a great decision as they won me games.
Another controversial decision which could be up to the player is not running 4 copies of Lightning Storm as i felt like it wasn't needed that much and it's not that of a solid win condition vs aggro and besides i rarely lost to aggro.
I went like 20-6 when i was in diamond and i only lost once to aggro. The other decks that beat me were mirrors of course and time decks were i didn't draw my vanguishes and summoning Icaria was already too late.

I've made some of my modifications on this deck by removing sword of Icaria and using rockslide as well as some other tech choices. The deck had been performing quite well in the gold/diamond bracket like that

You can save like 11 - 18 k shiftstone by going with this list because as i mentioned it only includes 1 legendary card which helps a lot of newer players wanting to try this deck out. Don't worry, 1 copy still does it's job and it does it excellent. We can safely just run a single copy thanks to the 4 copies of Rise to the Challenge.
