My take on a carpet shuffle deck with Messenger Hawk being a relatively new way to generate more Static Bolt copies into the deck. Cloudsnake Harrier adds spell damage which seems to add to copies made by Messenger Hawk. This is probably an unintentional bug, I'm still testing it. Resurface allows you to start grabbing bolts early and begin stacking them. The rest is mainly to control out the game or give card draw.
