Information

Disclaimer:
This is mono primal midrange. It is capable of progressing you through Ranked, but it is by no means an optimal choice. Play it if you want to try something different!

If you see a lot of control decks, consider subbing out Daraka, Queensguard for Thunderstrike Dragon and Herald's Song for Second Sight.

Turns out a 2 cost 5/5 is pretty good. Wardwielder
Mistveil Drake is there mostly for the free Aegis, you can usually pitch the first one to Strategize or Herald's Song.

Draw lots of cards with Jotun Feast-Caller using Levitate as needed.

Hailstorm lets us actually win against aggro.

Daraka, Queensguard is a decent top end threat that can help stabilize against aggro and midrange decks.

Overall, the deck is pretty fun to play and surprisingly decent!

i'd say with the current card base, there aren't really enough benefits for forcing mono
i really hope they incentivize more high influence play in the future

crests and stuff are just too good right now, but yea dunnolol

Great deck. But why mono and not feln, to put BSH ?
And what’s your feeling about this deck in the ladder right now ?
Thanks.

Basically the point was to make a Ranked playable mono Primal deck because a lot of people had been asking for that, and the deck got some decent support with this campaign. On ladder I have found it does quite well against aggro, including combrei aggro, FJP plate, Stonescar and Rakano, and does decently against Xenan midrange. The worst matchups are any control deck that is packing relic weapons, including FJS armory, and JPS unitless control. Theoretically Time decks could give us a problem if they draw multiple Titans.

I do think there are stronger builds of this style in Feln and Hooru, but again I know there were a few people that wanted to play mono primal, and the deck is actually reasonable. I haven't been able to track too many games due to time constraints this month, but 8-4 so far with control decks being the bulk of the losses.

Thanks a lot for your complete answer. I will try a feln version of your deck since my paladin build is doing so so. I will follow your next builds
