This deck is similar to Neon's but abandons the focus on nesting avisaur and 4x twinbrood for an early blocker (Scaly Graun), an extra source of "removal" for your opponent's discounted dinos/valkyries/sentinels (unstable form), and includes Watcher of the Big Ones as a terrific 3 cost 3/6 which also benefits and triggers Evelina.
